During the Spring,
Summer and Fall, our on-the-water season practices are held Rain or Shine! Evening practices can be scheduled as
In winter, the boathouse is open six days a week at 5:30am. Winter training is designed to develop balance,
strength, and endurance in preparation for the summer water season utilizing ERGs, weights, plyometrics,
stretching, and yoga. Rowers are expected to participate at least three times per week. Those with less experience
are encouraged to participate more frequently.
We welcome all rowing alumni, no matter how long it's been since the last time you rowed!
We’ll gladly answer any questions you may have before committing to this program. Please
